This support article is intended to guide you on how to import bookings in bulk.
1. Please click on the appropriate link below to download the spreadsheet template based on the matches allocated Broadcaster:
blue Entertainment
SRG
Note: Column A will pre-populate with the Broadcaster once your company name is added into column B.
Note: under Role you must use one of the following roles from the dropdown:
Broadcast Authorisation - Employee
Match Operator /Aufnahmeleiter
TV Camera
TV Commentator
TV Commentator Prod
TV Employee
TV Media Analyst
TV Photographer
TV Production
TV Radio Commentator
TV Reporter
TV Technician
VAR-Operator
Once you have filled in the spreadsheet with the representatives you'd like to add based on Broadcaster, Company, Representative Email and Role please save the spreadsheet and move onto step 2 below.
Note: For representatives with the TV Camera role you can select Y under the Bib column to request a bib.
For representatives with the TV Commentator andTV Commentator Prod roles you can select Y under the Seat column to request a seat.
2. Login to the SFL Accred website.
3. Select Access Broadcast Booking System to manage your Broadcast requests
4. Click on Change Match
5. Using the drop downs provided in the pop up select the Tournament, Round (optional) and Match. The click on Choose this Match
6. Select Broadcast Bookings
7. Here you can see on the left the deadlines for broadcast bookings
8. Click on Upload from Spreadsheet
9. A dialog box will appear for you to select the spreadsheet from where you have saved it on your computer. Select the spreadsheet and click Open.
If you don't have any data validation errors (such as email not found) your import will be successful and all of the representatives you have added into the spreadsheet will now be added to the match. The stadium zones are set automatically based on the representatives role set in the spreadsheet.
