How to add and delete representatives for home and away bookings (Club Media)

This support article is intended to guide you through how to add or delete a representative that needs to go to home and away matches (Club Media).

1. Access the SFL Accred website.

2. Click on Access Media Booking System.

3. Select MANAGE MY REPRESENTATIVES.

4. To add a Representative, click the New Representative button.

5. Add the representative's headshot. In order to do this click on the headshot silhouette.
Note: This can be done at a later time if you do not have the headshot photo available.

6. Drag the file from your computer into the box to upload

Note: Use the slider and crop function to make sure the photo fills the preview correctly, showing the full face of the representative.

7. Click Save when you are happy with the photo.

8. Enter the new Representatives details and click Save.
Note: For representatives that need to go to both home and away matches Club Media must be selected as Type of Employee

Note - Type of Employee:
Club Official - Use this option to create a Representative that can got to any game at any club without booking. The pass for these types of Roles. Once completed an order gets placed for SFL to review. If accepted the pass is printed by SFL and sent to the Club Admin. There is a maximum of 2 per club.
Club Staff Home - Use this option to create a Representative that can go to any home game without booking. They cannot be booked for away games.
Club Media - Use this option to create a Representative that can be booked via SFL Accred to go to home games as well as away games.

9. Click Save to save the new member of staff.


10. After pressing Save check that all the information filled in is complete and accurate. The click on Request Accreditation.

Thats it your representative will automatically receive their accreditation and now they are ready to be booked onto home and away matches. Please follow How to request an away fixture (Club Media)

To Delete a representative

1. Click on the Bin icon to the right of the member of staff

2. Click OK on the confirmation message.

3. The member of staff has now been deleted.
