This support article is intended to guide you on how to allocate parking spaces and sending invites.
Media
1. After following "How do I accept/reject a media match request?" you will be presented with a list of requests that have been Accepted, Rejected and On Hold
2. In the furthest right column you will see Parking
3. Bookings that have requested parking will show in the column as Requested
4. Click on the word Requested. This will open up a pop up.
5. Click Choose next to an available space
The row will update automatically with the booking details.
The space is now allocated to the representative.
6. You can send a parking invite to the representative and booking manager of the representative by clicking on the paper aeroplane icon
In the pop up dialogue click OK to send the invite
Broadcast
1. Navigate to the Broadcast bookings
2. Click on Parking
3. You can send individual parking invites to each representative and booking manager of the representative by click Invite on the right of the booking.
Alternatively you can send parking invites to all representatives and booking managers by using the Send Invites Button.
Attachments
When a parking invite is sent only 1 attachment is sent in the email.
The attachment which is sent when inviting follows this logic - if no attachment is present it will select move down the list until an attachment is found:
