How to add a new freelancer

This support article is intended to guide you on how to add a new freelancer.

1. Login to the iPBS website.

2. Click Manage Representatives from the menu on the left hand side.

3. On the next screen, click Manage Representatives again to get started.

4. Change the dropdown menu to Freelance.

5. Click the Add New Freelancer button in the panel on the right hand side.

6. Enter their name and select their type, then click Save.

7. Your employee will need to have a valid and up-to-date photo, click the folder icon to upload a new photo.

8. Select the freelancer role from the dropdown menu on the right hand side

9. Press the Activate button to activate this employee and order their card for this season.

That’s it! the freelancer has been added and their card has now been ordered.
