This support article is intended to guide you on how to add a new photo for a member of staff.
1. Login to the iPBS website.
2. Click Manage Representatives from the menu on the left.
3. Click on Manage Representatives
4. Ensure Staff or Freelancer is selected in the dropdown dependant on the type of representative and then search for their name.
5. If more than one representative appears in the search results please pick the appropriate one.
6. Update the representatives headshot by clicking on the folder icon which will allow you to choose a file from your computer.
8. Once uploaded if you need to modify the image click on the Crop symbol
9. You move the image around in the area (1) by clicking and dragging the image, You can zoom in and out using the slider (2). You can rotate using the buttons showing in 3. Once you are happy with the image click Save (4).
