This support article is intended to guide you on how to activate your Freelancers.

1. Login to the iPBS website.

2. Click Manage Representatives from the menu on the left.

3. Click on Manage Representatives

4. Ensure Freelance is selected in the dropdown. Show Ordered is Deselected and then search for the freelancers name.

5. If more than one result appears click on the appropriate one

6. Ensure that the Freelancers email, default role and headshot are up to date and then click on Activate and click on the current season. This sends an order for Football DataCo to review the application and send the Freelancer an email with information on how to download and log in to the i-PBS App.

Note: Only once Football DataCo have reviewed the ordered, approved it and then the Freelancer has logged into the i-PBS Mobile App will they be bookable by your organisation.
