How to add a new staff member

This support article is intended to guide you on how to add a new member of staff.

1. Login to the iPBS website.

2. Click Manage Representatives from the menu on the left.

3. Click on Manage Representatives

4. Ensure Staff is selected in the dropdown.

5. Click Add New Staff Member on the right.

6. Enter the Staff Member's Name and choose the default Type of the member of staff. Then click Save. If this is a duplicate record based their name you will see a dialogue to view the duplicate.

7. Add the member of staff's headshot. In order to do this click on the folder icon which will allow you to choose a file from your computer.
Note: This can be done at a later time if you do not have the headshot photo available.

8. Once uploaded if you need to modify the image click on the Crop symbol

9. You move the image around in the area (1) by clicking and dragging the image, You can zoom in and out using the slider (2). You can rotate using the buttons showing in 3. Once you are happy with the image click Save (4).

10. Enter the Staff members email address as well as selecting a default role.

11. Finally click on Activate and click on the current season. This sends an order for Football DataCo to review the application and send the staff member an email with information on how to download and log in to the i-PBS App.

Note: Only once Football DataCo have reviewed the ordered, approved it and then the member of staff has logged into the i-PBS Mobile App will they be bookable by your organisation.
