This support article is intended to guide you on how to change a media request status.

Occasionally you may be required to change a media status i.e From Accepted to Rejected.

1. Login to the iPBS website.

2. Select Media Requests from the side menu on the left.

3. Find the request you would like to change in the list of match requests and click on the Status.

4. Click on Accepted, Rejected or On Hold to update the current request status.
