This support article is intended to guide you on how to accept or reject VPC requests for a selected match.

1. Login to the iPBS website.

2. Select the match.

3. Select VPC Requests from the side menu on the left.

4. Select the representative and click on its Pending status in the Status column.

5. Click Accept or Reject, and then Save your selection.

That’s it! The VPC request for the representative will now be updated.
