This support article is intended to guide you through managing media requests.

1. Click on the status of the request in the Status column.

2. Select the whether to Accept, Reject or place the request On Hold.

3. If there are any facility requests, you can approve them on the request screen.

4. Click Save, an email notification is sent to the applicant making them aware of the club’s decision.

That’s it! You have Accepted/Rejected this request. Go back to the Media Request list and check if there are any other Pending requests.
