This support article is intended to guide you on how to send a VPC invite to your accepted representatives for a selected match.

1. Login to the iPBS website.

2. Select the match.

3. Select VPC Requests from the side menu on the left.

4. Select the Send VPC Invites option to show the list of accepted representatives and their details.

5. As an optional step, you can send a test email invite to your email address to view what the invitation would look like.

6. Click on the Send Invites button when you are ready to send the invitation.

That’s it! The attendees will receive the email invitation for the Virtual Press Conference of your selected match.
