This support article is intended to guide you through how to add or delete representatives.
1. Login to the iPBS website.
2. From the Username menu, located in the top left had corner, select Media Booking System.
3. Select MANAGE MY REPRESENTATIVES.
4. To add a representative, click the blue Add button.
5. Enter the new Employee details and click Close.
6. Click UPLOAD PHOTO.
7. Click the blue Choose File button to select a photo.
Note: Use the slider to make sure the photo fills the preview correctly, showing the full face of the representative.
8. Click Save and Close.
9. Click REQUEST ACCREDITATION FOR 2020/2021
To Delete a representative
1. Select the representative from the list on the left hand side of the screen.
2. Click the Red Delete button.
3. Click OK on the confirmation message.
4. The representative has now been deleted.
