How to add a new representative

This support article is intended to guide you through how to add a new representative.

1. Login to the iPBS website.

2. Select MANAGE MY REPRESENTATIVES

3. Click the blue Add button.

4. Enter the representatives details

5. Once all of the required information has been added, click the Register Employee button.

6. A Photo of the representative is required. Click Upload Photo.

7. Click Choose File to select the representative photo.

8. Use the slider located under the photo to make sure that the photo contains the full face of the representative.

9. Click Save and Close.

Note: Ensure that after adding a new representative you request accreditation for them for the season
