Discuss your security requirementsOppAccred runs entirely on UK infrastructure. Your accreditation data is stored in UK data centres, and so are its backups. Nothing about your primary data or its backups leaves the UK.
Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, with no exceptions. Admin accounts can use multi-factor authentication or single sign-on, so you can apply whatever access policy your organisation already runs on.
Our own staff only see customer data when it's needed to resolve a support issue, and that access is approved and logged each time. Nobody at OppSport has standing access to your account.
When your contract ends, your accreditation data, including anything held in backups, is deleted within 90 days. If you'd like an export before that window closes, your account contact can arrange it.
